Terms of Sale

Unopened and Unused products can be returned for a refund minus shipping and a 15% restocking charge.

Return shipping cost is buyers responsibility. Delivery Confirmation is recommended.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are more than happy to ship internationally!  All customs fees or additional charges of any nature are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot mark any shipments with a lower value or mark as gifts. All shipments will be sent as to their true purchased value and will be shipped at the least expensive economy rates unless prior arrangements have been made and additional shipping charges are paid by customer.

International shipments can cost anywhere from $14.95 USD on up depending on how may bottles are being sent and where they are being sent.

Shipments can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 weeks to be received by customer.

Any returns because of refusal to pay customs fees will incur a 15% restocking charge, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

I gladly accept cancellations. Request a cancellation: before item has shipped.  But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and exchange details

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. We will not give refunds unless damage or loss occurs during shipping. Notify us in case of product damage and return the product withing 30 days of receiving it and we will be happy to replace or refund.

If you are unsatisfied in some other way with our products please contact us and we will try and make it better.

Shipping:

We are happy to ship via USPS. We ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise contacted and notified of a delay. We cannot ship weekends or holidays. Priority Mail normally takes 2 to 3 days but may take up to one full week to reach destinations in the U.S. And can take up to a month for some international orders. First Class Mail takes 3-5 days for U.S. orders and up to a month for International orders.

Damaged or Missing Orders:

If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of your package. When emailing regarding any damage or lost items to your package, please have this information ready for our us.

Please email us within one week of receipt, or one week from when you were supposed to receive it.  BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS! If a package is sent out to an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs.

IF YOUR INTERNATIONAL OR DOMESTIC PACKAGE GOES MISSING WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO TRACK IT DOWN AND HELP RECOVER IT. ALL DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE NOW INSURED

International Shipping Policies:

Path of Beauty Botanicals is happy to ship packages internationally including Canada, Mexico and overseas.  All shipping rates are determined by the weight and size of your package. Once your order is packaged and the label is printed we will refund all excess shipping charges. The shipping does not include any import or duty fees, you are responsible for those additional fees (which vary from country to country). If you do not pick-up your package for any reason and it is returned to us we will refund you after deducting the return shipping charges and our 15% restock fee.

International Shipping Method:

We ship via USPS. This service takes 1-3 weeks (post office has 90 days to deliver order before it will be considered lost). We will make every effort to ship your package promptly and safely. You will be notified of the shipment and provided tracking information. We are not responsible for packages that go missing but we will make every effort to prevent that from happening. International customers are responsible for their own customs & vat fees. We can not be held responsible for packages that are held up in customs. We ship flat rate priority wherever possible but occasionally ship first class mail due to package size and cost. Should your order become held up in customs you can always contact your local customs office with the customs number we provide to track it down or contact us and we can help.

Shipping Restrictions:

It is your responsibility to be aware of the specific import restrictions for your country. If your package is refused or destroyed due to customs rules, Path of Beauty Botanicals will not be able to refund your order or offer a replacement at no charge.

*IMPORTANT NOTICE ON BOTANICAL SHIPMENTS: Due to import regulations, the Government of Korea, Japan and New Zealand will not allow botanical items (seeds, flower parts, or any organic, plant substances) to be imported without special documentation outside the scope of what we can do. We apologize for the inconvenience to our overseas friends and hope that other countries do not begin banning botanical imports.

*We can no longer ship to Italy or Greece. Unfortunately, Italy has import laws that do not allow Cosmetics into the country. While Greece requires special paperwork from the FDA and inspections that are beyond our international shipping abilities. If you choose to place an order and have it shipped to Italy or Greece, Path of Beauty Botanicals will not be able to refund you for shipping charges or the product if it is confiscated.

*If you live in Russia, the maximum amount we can ship to you is $75 USD. If you chose to place an order and have it shipped to Russia that is above $75USD in product and customs rejects it or refuses to deliver it, Path of Beauty Botanicals will not be able to refund you for shipping charges or for the product if it is confiscated.

*Shipments to Brazil require a Tax ID number for private individuals and businesses. For individuals this is called the CPF - Cadastro Pessoa Fisica and has a format like 000.000.028-00, For businesses the number is called a CPNJ Cadastro Nacional de Pessoa Juridica and it has a format like 00.000.486/0001-0.
